Empowering Youth for Success Scholarship Application

Applicants should complete an application:

1. Click here for an Application. Complete your application & be sure to include your transcripts. Your application includes:

1. A Personal Statement: Minimum 250-word essay, detailing your educational & career goals, the challenges you face, and how mentoring would help you achieve your aspirations.

2. Two Recommendations: Send this Recommendation link to a minimum of 2 References. Recommendations can be from anyone (except family members) who can speak to your potential & character.

3. Academic Transcripts: Upload your most recent transcripts to the application in order to demonstrate your academic performance & commitment to your future.

4. Financial Information: Submit a brief statement outlining your financial situation to help us understand your need for support.

5. Interview: Be prepared for a short interview with our selection committee, where you can discuss your goals & aspirations in more detail.

By fulfilling these requirements, students will position themselves to receive valuable mentorship and guidance in their college and career journeys.
