Miguel Antonio Abascal Jr.
Founder, President & CEO

Miguel Abascal has served as a pastor and church planter in diverse multicultural settings, including Korean, Hispanic, Tongan, New Zealand, Central American, and Black communities. Following the “tent maker” model, he has also worked as a public educator for more than 20 years, teaching at every level from K–12 to postsecondary education.
He is a graduate of Biola University and Talbot School of Theology, holding graduate degrees in biblical languages, education, and administration. In addition to pastoral ministry, he has taught in The School of Ministry, at the Parent institute for higher learning, and has served as a college instructor for over a decade.
As a father of eight, Miguel’s personal mission is to help put his own children through college while also equipping young people to pursue higher education and discover their calling. He understands education from many perspectives: student, teacher, professor, admissions & finance, and parent. Miguel blends that insight into a ministry in the academic setting.
This unique blend of theological scholarship, educational leadership, and multicultural ministry allows him to bridge biblical truth with practical application. His passion is equipping people from all backgrounds to grow in faith, knowledge, and service, whether in the church, the classroom, or the wider community.
